Magisterial, Pete. You've communicated so much of what could be communicated, and alluded to what could not. Your process of describing the landscape reminded me of the challenge I was faced with when writing about the Great Barrier Reef. In any case, you did a great job. Did you find the process of writing recalled many of the details you previously thought you had forgotten?

Peter, i am glad that you finally found the words to describe and lucubrate your experience, they are prodigious. I only wish i could likewise find the words to describe my response.

Otherworldy, my dear. An experience that only makes me love and respect you tenfold. A challenge to do (physically) that five years ago I could never have attributed to you but knowing you and growing up with you makes me say to myself, "Of course he did it, he had a deep want to." You inspire me.
